In Colonia Emiliano Zapata, Tijuana resides the community of Parroquia Nuestra Senora de Los Dolores. Their chapel known as Capilla Santa Cruz has long been overwhelmed with 7,800 attendees. This is truly a blooming community! The need to enlarge has grown with time but resources to support such construction have hindered this community from meeting their need. Thanks to Serving Hands partners north of the Border, a portable was made available to award this partner. Recently delivered and soon to be constructed, Serving Hands Portable 12 is on site today, July 7, 2011!
